United Kingdom

We currently offer local delivery across selected areas of London, with shipping available to surrounding and neighbouring locations across the UK. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

South Africa

We're not currently selling in South Africa, but it's on our roadmap. Once live, we plan to offer local delivery across selected areas of Johannesburg, with shipping available to all provinces across South Africa. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your province and will be confirmed at checkout. Orders will be fulfilled locally in South Africa. Please allow additional time for deliveries outside of Johannesburg.

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@brdyapparel.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
