Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order by emailing info@brdyapparel.com with your order number. Please contact us promptly so we can try to stop your order before it is packed or dispatched.

This 15-minute option does not limit your statutory cancellation rights. For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel before delivery and within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot stop delivery. You can still exercise your statutory cancellation rights and arrange a return under our Return & Refund Policy. Please send goods back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.

Return postage and refunds are handled as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
